About Me

My name is Isabell Maras, I am in the middle of my thirties and live with my partner in Eschweiler.

As a cat mum to Simba, Leona, Rayo and three-legged Gräbchen, as well as a bird mum to a total of 25 budgies and cockatiels, I know all about the joys that these wonderful animals give us. But I also know about one of the biggest challenges: who will love and care for my pet when I can't? Finding an answer to this question is not always easy! This is exactly why I want to be there for you and your pet!

I work part-time as an assistant to the CEO of an engineering company. On the side, I am training to become an alternativ practitioner for animals.

Animals have always been a big and important part of my life and I couldn't imagine without. That's why I'm involved in various organisations for the protection of animals.

Please feel free to arrange a personal meeting with me. Of course in compliance with the current corona protection measures. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pets!

Offer & Costs

Below you will find an overview of my standard offers.

But I am also happy to make individual offers, tailored exactly to your concerns and the needs of your pets! Just get in touch with me.

The time of the visit(s) will be arranged individually. I guarantee a minimum stay of 45 minutes for each visit. Cleaning bowls, toilet areas (e.g. litter box) and feeding areas, as well as playing, cuddling and feeding are part of every visit. The details of this and much more are recorded in the pet care contract.

Base Offers
 1 x visit per day  22 euros
 2 x visits per day  33 euros
 Overnight stay  individually on request
 Travel costs within a radius of 5 kilometres are included in the prices!

Additional Services
 Visitations on holidays including christmas eve and silvester   +2 euros
 Checking mail, opening and closing shutters, airing your home and watering your plants  free of charge**
 Travel costs from the 6th kilometre  0.50 euros/km 
 Cleaning fee***  35 euros
 * Official holidays of Northrhine-Westphalia.
 ** In the case of a larger-than-average living space with a higher number of windows and plants than usual, an individual agreement must be made.
 *** Includes cleaning the kitchen surfaces, vacuuming your home and disposal of household waste

Leona
Simba, Leona and Rayo are all three former street cats and were adopted by us. Gräbchen, on the other hand, was already there when we moved into our flat with a large garden. All four of them have their own story, especially our three-legged Gräbchen. You are welcome to read more about it here in my blog.

And then, of course, there are the feathered bosses! These are 25 budgies and cockatiels who live with us in a large aviary with indoor and outdoor areas. All of them have also been adopted. Unlike our cats, the birdies don't like cuddling, but are very strict when it comes to grain replenishment, cleanliness and attentiveness to their health status.
